The primary goal of SI-Global is to achieve the highest standards of quality in business Operations without compromise. This is made achievable through our commitment to a continual quality improvement programme. The objective of this programme is to persistently improve our company’s performance, while catering to and satisfying our customers’ needs first-time, on-time and every-time and applicable requirements.
‘Quality’ is one of the cornerstones of our company culture, and is considered as a personal responsibility of all employees. We firmly believe that - “The quality of an organization can never exceed the quality of the minds that make it up and it’s not an act in isolation but is a habit in togetherness”.
To maintain and improve quality standards, the following aims are pursued:
